Nutrition Education & Food Services Program

Located in Huntington, NY, the Nutrition Education & Food Services Program is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, particularly those from minority and low-income communities significantly affected by the ongoing AIDS epidemic. As Nassau County's only food pantry specifically tailored to support this population, we provide essential nutrition education and emergency food assistance, including a free food pantry and home-delivered meal services. Our compassionate staff empower participants to develop the skills needed for better health and wellness, work closely with local healthcare providers to ensure continuous medical care, and emphasize education aimed at reducing disease transmission. Our mission is to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the nutritious food they need to thrive.
