MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Huntington Station, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission centers on screening Veterans for obesity and connecting them with tailored weight management solutions that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of care options, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for personalized in-home support. For those who prefer managing their weight independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is a valuable resource. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require further intervention after participating in MOVE!.
