The Center for Mobile Services - Senior Mobile Food Pantry serves the Hicksville, NY community by delivering essential food assistance directly to those in need, particularly targeting low-income seniors. Our mobile pantry is dedicated to providing a variety of nutritious choices, including both perishable and non-perishable items like rice, canned proteins, pasta, fresh vegetables, fruits, bread, meat, and poultry. Each week, we visit four senior, low-income housing sites, empowering residents with access to healthy food options. Our compassionate team collaborates with local partners to offer educational resources during distribution visits, ensuring our clients are informed about additional support available to them. We are committed to addressing food insecurity and enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community.
