East New York Clubhouse

Located in Fresh Meadows, NY, the East New York Clubhouse is dedicated to empowering adults with mental illness by providing a nurturing community where they can pursue their life goals. Our members collaborate closely with staff to engage in meaningful work and daily activities that foster both personal growth and a sense of belonging. We offer a range of valuable services, including job search and retention assistance, help in securing affordable housing, health and wellness programs, and an educational support initiative to encourage continued learning. Additionally, our clubhouse facilitates home and community-based services for those enrolled in Medicaid Managed Care, alongside personalized care management to address each member's medical, behavioral, and social needs. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where everyone's talents are recognized and celebrated.
