Meals on Wheels in Freeport, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of frail older adults by delivering nutritious, home-cooked meals directly to their doors. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted to meet one-third of the Daily Required Intake (DRI) and are developed under the guidance of a Registered Dietician to ensure optimal health and well-being. We believe that everyone deserves access to good food, which is why we encourage participants to make a voluntary contribution, although our services are provided at no cost.
