Family Development Center

Located in Freeport, NY, the Family Development Center, part of the Economic Opportunity Commission of Nassau County, Inc., is dedicated to uplifting our community by providing essential resources and support. Our mission is to empower individuals and families through a range of vital services including housing assistance, employment support, educational resources, and senior advocacy. Additionally, we offer nutrition programs, health insurance referrals, and specialized workshops aimed at prevention and supportive services.
