Located in Far Rockaway, NY, Live Healthy empowers children and families to embrace the benefits of nutritious eating and active living. We offer free nutrition education that equips participants with essential skills for making healthier dietary choices, budgeting for food, and mastering basic cooking techniques. Our programs cover a range of topics, including how to shop smart for fruits and vegetables, understanding food safety, and crafting healthful meals on a budget. Classes are available at our main site and in partnership with community organizations across New York City. We proudly serve individuals enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), ensuring that everyone has access to valuable knowledge and resources for a healthier lifestyle.
