Food Bank

Located in Far Rockaway, NY, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We offer essential food assistance by providing thickeners and pre-modified foods, along with vital therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to ensure that those we serve have access to the resources they need to manage their dietary restrictions with dignity and ease.
