Emergency Family Services Program (EFS)

The Emergency Family Services Program (EFS) of the Salvation Army in Fairport, NY is dedicated to providing immediate emergency food assistance and critical support to families facing crises throughout Monroe County. Through our compassionate team of social workers, we offer holistic crisis case management that encompasses a variety of essential services. Whether you need vouchers for local supermarkets, nutritious food bags, personal hygiene items, prescription assistance, or clothing support, we are here to help. Our program also provides transportation assistance through bus passes, advocacy, and referrals to additional resources. With a commitment to serving all families, our bilingual services ensure that language is not a barrier in times of need. We welcome you to visit us during our intake hours, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and we look forward to assisting you with the support you need.
