Mobile Outreach Resource Services (MORE) is dedicated to addressing the urgent food assistance needs of individuals in East Meadow, NY, especially when traditional food pantries are closed. Our mission is to bring emergency food directly to those in need at convenient locations such as libraries, parks, and shopping centers. We deliver nonperishable food, personal care items, household supplies, and even pet food biweekly to homebound individuals, including senior citizens and disabled veterans, who cannot make it to their local food pantries. Each delivery is tailored to meet basic nutritional needs, with recipients assessed for eligibility and access to additional social services, ensuring we provide compassionate and comprehensive support during challenging times.
