Meals on Wheels in East Meadow, NY, is dedicated to ensuring that frail older individuals receive nutritious meals delivered straight to their doors. We understand that preparing meals can be challenging, which is why our home-delivered meals are designed to meet one-third of the Daily Required Intake (DRI) and are crafted under the guidance of a Registered Dietician (RD). Our service is focused on providing essential food assistance with dignity and care, allowing participants to thrive in their homes. While we encourage voluntary contributions to help sustain the program, we emphasize that there is no fee for our vital meal delivery services. We are here to support our community's senior population with compassion and commitment.
