First Stop Food Pantries

First Stop Food Pantries in East Meadow, NY, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families experiencing hunger. Our emergency food pantries offer up to five days’ worth of nutritious food to meet basic needs, ensuring that everyone can access the sustenance they require. In addition to food, we connect our visitors with vital resources, including information on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Child Health Plus, WIC, heating and utility assistance, and employment resources. To prioritize the safety of our staff and volunteers, we serve six families at a time and manage the number of individuals in the waiting area.
