Family Support Project

The Family Support Project in East Meadow, NY, is dedicated to helping families achieve lasting stability while ensuring that children's education remains uninterrupted. With a focus on preventing homelessness, this vital program offers comprehensive navigation services for families facing challenges to self-sufficiency. Funded by The Siemer Institute and supported by United Way of Long Island, we provide essential case management and coaching, financial assistance for immediate housing crises, and financial education to empower families. Additionally, our job training referrals and access to food and nutrition education help families build a stronger foundation for the future.
