Harvest to Haven, located in Corona, NY, is dedicated to combating food insecurity by providing essential food assistance to families in need. Our program focuses on sourcing surplus crops directly from farmers, ensuring that those experiencing hunger receive nutritious food options. During these challenging times, particularly heightened by the COVID-19 pandemic, we offer weekly food distributions at our community centers, delivering critical nutrition to vulnerable populations. We invite families to join us for food packages, available on a first-come, first-served basis, with one package allowed per household. For a smoother experience, we encourage attendees to bring their own carts or bags and to wear masks while participating. Together, we can work towards a healthier community, one meal at a time.
