Smart Meals, based in Clifton Park, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the nutritional well-being of individuals and families living with HIV and AIDS through accessible education and resources. Our mission centers on improving diet quality, food safety, and overall physical activity, ensuring food security for our members. We offer three core programs: the Community Meal Program, featuring restaurant-quality lunches and dinners served on weekdays, alongside the expertise of a registered dietitian for nutritional assessments; the Grocery Education Program, which provides weekly bags filled with food and home-cooking recipes; and the Food Voucher Program, distributing monthly vouchers for nutritious groceries at Price Chopper.
