MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Clifton Park, NY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. With a commitment to addressing obesity, our program conducts annual screenings for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities and provides tailored referrals to comprehensive weight management services. We offer a variety of options to meet the diverse needs of Veterans, including interactive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! home messaging service. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, and for those who may require additional support, we facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
