Our experienced Registered Dietitians provide essential guidance on healthy eating, meal planning, portion control, and interpreting food labels, ensuring you have the tools to make informed choices. Our knowledgeable Diabetes Nurse Educators assist you in understanding your condition, utilizing blood glucose meters, managing medications and insulin, and implementing strategies to reduce health risks. We offer Diabetes Self-Management Classes, a four-part series that fosters community engagement by connecting participants with others facing similar challenges. These classes, held in the Spring and Fall, are open to everyone and promote shared learning and practical strategies for better diabetes management.
