Lesley Solomon Bruno

Lesley Solomon Bruno, a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), is dedicated to enhancing emotional wellbeing and the quality of life for her clients, which include individuals, couples, and families. She has developed a robust practice that specializes in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and substance abuse. Lesley's approach is grounded in relational and psychodynamic therapy, fostering a collaborative environment that empowers her clients. With two master's degrees—one in Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counseling and the other in Social Work—she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice, bolstered by research and publications from Yale University. Additionally, she has received couples training in Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method and is currently pursuing further training to become a licensed psychoanalyst. Lesley understands the various barriers that may prevent clients from visiting her office, such as childcare, health issues, and work commitments, and she is committed to providing flexible options, including therapy via video calls. Her ongoing pursuit of skill development is a testament to her passion for supporting and enhancing the lives of her patients.
