Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Brooklyn, NY, Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of low-income pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and young children up to age 5 facing nutritional risks. Our program delivers vital services that include nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and nutritious food assistance to supplement diets, all aimed at improving health during key developmental periods. WIC also connects participants with essential referrals to further health and support services, striving to reduce poor birth outcomes and foster healthier communities.
