The AIDS Center at Montefiore Medical Center, located in the Bronx, NY, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and support services tailored for individuals living with HIV and other infectious diseases. Our team of expert physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants specialize in HIV care, offering advanced therapies and diagnostic tests to ensure effective management of the virus. Our program includes vital services such as HIV primary medical care, counseling and testing, mental healthcare, hepatitis C treatment, dermatology, substance abuse support, and specialized services for women, men, and the LGBT community. We also prioritize nutritional services, social work case management, group programs, and include an on-site specialty pharmacy and food pantry to address the holistic needs of our patients.
