Family Health Center (FHC)

Family Health Center (FHC) in the Bronx, NY, is dedicated to meeting the comprehensive health needs of families in our community. As part of the Montefiore Health System and a proud member of the Bronx Community Health Network, we offer a wide range of services, including family medicine, gynecology, obstetrics, cardiology, nutrition, podiatry, and both adult and child psychology, as well as essential HIV/AIDS services, encompassing education, counseling, treatment, and support. Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status allows us to provide care accessible to all, including a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients.
