Harvest to Haven

Harvest to Haven, located in Bayside, NY, is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity by providing essential food assistance to families in need. Our program focuses on sourcing surplus crops directly from local farmers, ensuring that vulnerable populations receive nutritious options, especially during challenging times like the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite community members to participate in our weekly food distribution at East Side House Settlement community centers, where we offer emergency food packages on a first-come, first-served basis, limited to one package per family. We encourage visitors to bring their own carts or bags and to wear masks for everyone's safety. Together, we can make a meaningful impact in our community by addressing hunger and supporting those who need it most.
