Hunger Prevention Program

Located in Baldwin, NY, the Hunger Prevention Program, part of Lutheran Social Services, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals and families facing hunger. Our welcoming environment allows clients to shop for nutritious food while engaging with our caring staff and volunteers who offer advice on nutrition and recipe ideas. In addition to ongoing food support, we provide holiday meals and school supply assistance to help our community thrive. We invite those in need to visit us and discover the resources available to combat food insecurity in our area.
