Harvest to Haven

Harvest to Haven is dedicated to alleviating food insecurity in Astoria, NY, by providing essential food assistance through the distribution of surplus crops sourced directly from local farmers. Our mission is to ensure that vulnerable families have access to nutritious food during challenging times, especially heightened by the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We invite families in need to visit one of our East Side House Settlement community centers for weekly food distribution, where we offer crucial support on a first-come, first-served basis. Each family can receive one food package, and we encourage attendees to bring their own carts or bags and to follow safety protocols. Together, we work to nourish our community and promote food security for all.
