We provide medically tailored meals and comprehensive nutrition education, focusing on empowering our clients to improve their overall quality of life. Our services include the delivery of 21 individualized meals per week, crafted specifically to meet clients' medical needs, ensuring nourishment during challenging times. In addition to our wholesome and delicious meals, we offer both individual and group nutrition counseling led by licensed dietitians who are members of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Our team believes strongly in the philosophy that food is medicine, especially for those battling conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, renal failure, and diabetes, among others. We have no age or income restrictions, and we proudly serve dependent children and senior dependents of our clients. All meals are prepared with care, focusing on heart health and nutritional balance, delivered frozen to maintain freshness and safety. To access our services, a simple referral can be made by a healthcare professional, and eligibility is assessed based on medical and nutritional indicators.
