NAMI Hearts & Minds

NAMI Hearts & Minds, located in Willingboro, NJ, is dedicated to promoting wellness among individuals living with mental illness through our informative and engaging hour-long presentations. We aim to empower participants by raising awareness around vital topics such as medical self-advocacy, smoking cessation, addiction recovery, healthy eating, and exercise, along with addressing diabetes management. Our program is offered free of charge to facilities and groups throughout New Jersey, and incorporates practical tools like goal setting and exercise and food journals, ensuring that our community members have the resources they need to thrive in their journey towards better mental health.
