Jessica Digiacomo

Jessica Digiacomo is a compassionate and skilled Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, dedicated to helping teens, adults, and elders navigate their challenges. She understands that reaching out for help can be a difficult step, and she provides a supportive environment to work together on individual needs, regardless of whether it’s someone’s first experience seeking assistance. Jessica focuses on individuals grappling with substance use disorder, codependency, grief and loss, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Her approach is tailored to suit each person’s unique personality and circumstances, drawing from a diverse range of therapy types including Compassion Focused, Somatic, Trauma-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) therapy. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in Training, she integrates somatic therapy into her sessions, which are designed to alleviate symptoms of stress and trauma.
