Tahlia Delorenzo is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCADC, NCC, CCTP) dedicated to supporting teens and adults in navigating life’s challenges. Many people struggle with an inner voice that fills their minds with critiques, worries, and negative self-talk, often feeling trapped in a cycle of anxiety and stress.
