Fayth Risso is a compassionate and dedicated licensed professional counselor with extensive qualifications, including a Master’s degree and licenses in both professional counseling and clinical alcohol and drug counseling. Fayth specializes in assisting teens and adults with a range of top issues such as trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and substance use. She adopts a mindfulness-based and person-centered approach to therapy, integrating techniques from various modalities including trauma-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dance movement therapy. Fayth creates a safe, warm, and supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood while exploring their most significant challenges. With a rich background in psychology, sociology, and yogic philosophy, she employs holistic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Fayth views personal growth as a continuous process and guides clients through life’s challenges, empowering them to move forward positively. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, Fayth is an EMDR-trained therapist and is also certified in the use of yoga and reiki in her practice.
