Jersey Assistance to Community Caregivers Program (JACC) is dedicated to supporting seniors in West New York, NJ, who are at risk of nursing facility placement by offering essential in-home services. Our mission is to bolster the care provided by family, friends, and neighbors through a comprehensive range of services. We provide respite care, skilled home health aides, and environmental accessibility adaptations to ensure homes remain safe and welcoming. JACC also offers personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meal services, and social adult day care to enhance the quality of life for our seniors.
