Jamie Reilly, MA, LAC, is a dedicated licensed associate counselor committed to alleviating pain and guiding her clients through life's myriad obstacles, whether they pertain to love, work, or personal challenges. Known for her innate ability to connect with others and make them feel genuinely heard, Jamie has valued principles of equality and empathy from a young age. Her holistic approach recognizes the intricate mind-body relationship and considers the various roles individuals play throughout their lives, all of which influence their well-being. With over ten years of experience as an advocate, confidant, and unconditional support for diverse populations, Jamie began her impactful journey as a certified volunteer on a domestic violence response team. Since then, she has empowered countless individuals to voice their needs and navigate their unique timelines. Utilizing motivational interviewing and person-centered techniques, Jamie helps families and individuals establish and achieve their wellness goals.
