Dana Cux is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Monmouth University. With 16 years of professional experience, Dana has worked alongside a psychiatrist in an outpatient mental health setting, enhancing her diagnostic and treatment planning skills. She specializes in working with individuals, families, and couples, addressing relationship issues and various conflicts. Dana also possesses experience in inpatient and ER crises, dealing with psychotic disorders, mood disorders, and addictions. Her eclectic therapeutic approach integrates multiple modalities, such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailoring her methods to meet the unique needs of each client. Dana is particularly focused on assisting clients with anxiety, depression, codependency, and unexpected life changes, while fostering self-esteem.
