Social Services Programs

Located in Voorhees, NJ, the Social Services Programs are dedicated to empowering individuals and families in need through a variety of critical support services. Our programs cater to those eligible for Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI), offering vital assistance such as Adult Social Services for elderly or disabled individuals, ensuring their access to homemaker services and medical transportation. We take pride in our Adult Protective Services that investigate claims of neglect or abuse within our community, safeguarding the well-being of vulnerable populations. Additionally, our Emergency Assistance Program provides immediate help for food and shelter during crises. We also support Medicaid-eligible children through our Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment Program, and educate TANF applicants about family planning through our Family Planning Program. With resources like Medical Transportation for accessing health services and the WorkFirst NJ Program, we equip our clients with the skills and support necessary for sustainable employment and self-sufficiency.
