Our licensed dietitians offer both individual and group nutrition counseling to equip clients with the knowledge to make informed dietary choices. Each week, we provide 21 customized meals that are heart-healthy, protein-rich, and prepared by skilled chefs and volunteers using high-quality ingredients. Our commitment to quality and safety ensures that meals are delivered frozen, preserving their integrity until they are ready to be enjoyed.
