Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC)

Jersey Assistance for Community Caregiving (JACC) is dedicated to helping individuals in Voorhees, NJ, who are at risk of nursing home placement but wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to provide essential in-home services that promote independence and enhance quality of life. Through a personalized support plan, JACC offers respite care, homemaker services, home modifications, personal emergency response systems, home-delivered meals, social adult day care, health services, medical equipment, transportation, and chore assistance. Specifically designed for those not eligible for Medicaid, our program operates entirely on state funds, with costs scaled based on individual income, making support accessible to those who need it most.
