We provide Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as offering a self-pay option for those seeking convenience in meal delivery. Our meals are carefully planned by Registered Dietitians to meet the nutritional requirements for various medical conditions, ensuring that clients receive the support they need for optimal health, all while accommodating dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We invite individuals and caregivers to contact their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging to determine eligibility, or explore our affordable self-pay program, allowing complete flexibility in meal choices for just $7.75 per meal. In addition, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, helping clients navigate their health journeys with expert guidance tailored to their individual needs.
