Located in Vineland, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, or the Older Americans Act. Our program ensures that each meal is thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support clients' nutritional needs, promoting overall health and addressing specific medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We understand the unique dietary requirements of our clients, which is why our meals are designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible through Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, our services can significantly enhance your well-being. Additionally, Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may learn if their plans offer meal services by consulting their plan details. We also cater to self-pay individuals, providing meal delivery at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone has access to nutritious food. N4L goes beyond meal delivery by offering Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, making us a comprehensive source of support for your dietary needs.
