Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Mercer County in Trenton, NJ, is dedicated to providing vital meal delivery services to homebound seniors aged 60 and older. We understand the importance of nutrition and strive to meet the basic dietary needs of our seniors through efforts that include daily meal delivery by compassionate volunteers, nutrition counseling, and education. Our program also offers essential support services such as a pet pantry, friendly visiting program, non-perishable groceries, and holiday meals. To ensure wellness even during harsh weather, we provide blizzard boxes and a senior farmers market voucher program. While there is a $35 processing fee for assessment, we firmly believe that no senior should ever go hungry due to financial constraints; thus, we offer subsidized meal programs funded by government resources and health care plans, including Medicaid. Alongside our regular meals, we are proud to provide medically-tailored options to promote health and well-being.
