Sand Path Counseling

Sand Path Counseling is led by a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist, LCSW, who believes deeply in the importance of understanding our nervous systems, particularly its attachment and stress response functions. Through the therapeutic relationship, clients can find relief, understanding, and the change they seek. With expertise in EMDR, trauma-focused and solution-focused narrative therapies, Sand Play, Bowen Family Systems Theory, and various other modalities, the therapist emphasizes the significance of knowledge in the healing of difficult and traumatic experiences.
