Located in Toms River, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals needing nutritional support, including those covered under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, ensuring they meet the specific nutrient requirements necessary for optimal health and address 36 medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize safety and inclusivity, offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, meal delivery is available through various programs, with assistance provided by case managers or local Area Agencies on Aging. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can confirm meal benefits through their plans, while self-pay individuals are welcome to join our self-pay program, choosing meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 each. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, empowering clients to achieve their health and wellness goals.
