Christine Webber, MSW, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist with over a decade of experience empowering individuals and families to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. She believes that therapy is a journey towards lasting positive change rather than a lifelong commitment. Christine approaches her practice from a friendly, strengths-based, and non-judgmental perspective, specializing in trauma and PTSD, anxiety, mood disorders, and the complexities of normal life transitions for adults, children, and adolescents. Her extensive toolkit includes evidence-based techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), EMDR, and play therapy, among others. Additionally, Christine has specialized training in working with clients who have experienced trauma, and she takes a keen interest in helping those navigate trauma as a barrier to achieving a healthy weight. Recognizing the frustrations of financial concerns in therapy, she facilitates the billing process by submitting paperwork to insurance companies on behalf of her clients, making the financial aspect easier for them during challenging times.
