Allyn Ruth Sitjar, MA, RDT, LCAT, is a licensed creative arts therapist specializing in drama, art, music, movement, play, and creative writing. With a deep commitment to aiding clients who have experienced various forms of trauma—such as domestic violence, divorce, dating abuse, PTSD, grief, loss, depression, self-harm, and anxiety—Allyn's skills are particularly effective in supporting high-functioning children and teens on the autism spectrum.
