Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach serves youth and young adults aged 13 to 21 in Somerset, NJ, who are facing homelessness or experiencing unsafe living conditions. Our dedicated outreach program is committed to identifying and assisting vulnerable individuals by addressing their essential needs. We provide food, clothing, blankets, and crucial access to shelter, as well as crisis intervention counseling and transportation to vital services. Additionally, we connect young people with healthcare and social services, offer education on HIV/AIDS and safe sex, facilitate the acquisition of necessary documents, and provide information on substance abuse. Our outreach counselors, available 24/7, include Spanish-speaking professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
