Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS)

Cancer Thriving and Surviving (CTS) in Somerset, NJ, is dedicated to supporting individuals who have completed cancer treatments and their caregivers through a comprehensive workshop series. Over the course of six weeks, participants engage in 2 1/2 hour sessions focused on vital topics like managing challenges such as frustration and fatigue, improving communication with loved ones and healthcare providers, and making informed decisions regarding treatment options. The program also emphasizes the importance of nutrition and includes exercises to help regain flexibility and endurance, all aimed at fostering resilience and a sense of community.
