Allen Blasucci

Dr. Allen Blasucci is a seasoned psychologist with over 30 years of experience dedicated to improving the lives of teens, adults, and elders facing challenges such as addiction, anxiety, and depression. With a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, he specializes in providing psychological testing and evaluation, as well as family and marital therapy. Dr. Blasucci received his Doctorate from the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, complemented by an undergraduate degree from Boston University. His prestigious credentials include Diplomate status from the American Board of Professional Psychology and fellowship with the Academy of Clinical Psychology. He has also been recognized by the American Psychological Association for his proficiency in treating alcohol and other psychoactive substance use disorders. As the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling Services at two major treatment facilities in Middlesex County, Dr. Blasucci plays a vital role in assisting individuals in their recovery journey. Additionally, he serves as a Clinical Instructor at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and contributes his expertise as a member of the Child Fatality and Near Fatality Review Board for New Jersey, where he focuses on substance abuse issues.
