Christine Saba

Christine Saba, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Currently managing her private practice, she also serves as a Case Manager and Therapist for the Freehold Regional High School District. Her extensive background includes roles in an alternative school and as a Juvenile Therapist with the East Brunswick Police Department, which enriches her capacity to provide clinical support and counseling to individuals facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Christine is passionate about engaging participants in gaining a deeper understanding of their thoughts, behaviors, and mindsets that may hinder personal growth and achievement. Utilizing reality and strength-based approaches, she works collaboratively to assess existing resources, supports, and skills.
