Priscilla Bauer

Priscilla S. Bauer, LCSW, is a dedicated clinical social worker based in New Jersey, proud alumna of Fordham University. Post-graduation, she gained valuable experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in Children and Adolescent Outpatient and Inpatient units at Trinitas Hospital and Monmouth Medical. Additionally, Priscilla worked as a Crisis Screener at Hoboken UMC, where she effectively intervened in psychiatric emergencies and conducted comprehensive evaluations. Her journey continued with Effective School Solutions in Glen Ridge, where she delivered therapeutic support to students aged 11 to 18 years, gaining extensive knowledge of IEP and 504 Plan processes while collaborating with the Child Study Team. Driven by her professional goals and passion for therapy, Priscilla transitioned to private practice and operated at The Massler Center from 2012 to 2016. Her focused treatment areas included bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, grief and loss, PTSD, personality disorders, eating disorders, and OCD. Priscilla possesses a unique ability to recognize exceptional qualities in her clients, offering validation within a nurturing therapeutic environment. By combining therapeutic alliance, creativity, and various modalities, she facilitates healing and growth for those she serves. Her impressive clinical skills and talent for building strong relationships have significantly contributed to the growth of her practice.
