Located in Riverside, NJ, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing home delivered meals and medically tailored meals for individuals in need, emphasizing nutrition for health and wellness. We cater to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program, designed by a Registered Dietitian, focuses on meeting specific dietary needs for a variety of medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, our meals are available at no cost, with eligibility dependent on state and program guidelines. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may find meal support through certain plans, while individuals seeking convenience can take advantage of our self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. We also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, ensuring comprehensive support for dietary health at every stage of life.
