MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Rahway, NJ is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to a suite of tailored weight management solutions that cater to their individual needs and preferences. We offer various care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medical interventions like weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight. With a focus on practical support and effective solutions, MOVE! is here to empower Veterans on their journey to a healthier life.
