Street Smart Outreach

Street Smart Outreach is dedicated to supporting youth and young adults aged 13-21 in Rahway, NJ, who face homelessness or unsafe living conditions. Our compassionate outreach program is designed to meet the immediate needs of vulnerable individuals by providing essential resources such as food assistance, clothing, and blankets, as well as access to safe shelter. We offer 24/7 crisis intervention counseling, transportation to necessary services, and referrals to healthcare and social service agencies. Additionally, we provide vital information on HIV/AIDS, safe sex practices, substance abuse education, and help with obtaining important documents. Our caring outreach counselors, fluent in both English and Spanish, are here to help ensure that every young person can find a pathway to stability, including job and housing assistance.
